This article applies to all themes except Consultix, Qube and NOT for themes having header builder.
Point to note: Depending on your purchased theme, screenshots can vary.
You can change the logo as per the header you're using on your site. Go to the 'Select Header' section of any page, and you can understand which header is used on that page. For example, please go to 'Pages -> Select a page ->Edit' and scroll down a bit, and you'll see a section for choosing header styles ('Select Header' section).

As per the above example (Figure -1), header 'Style Two' (Counting starts after the 'DEFAULT' one) was selected. This means Style two header would appear on that page. If 'DEFAULT' is selected, then the header would run from ‘Theme Options > Header > General > Header Style’. As per below screenshot (Figure -2), header 'Style Three' was selected on ‘Theme Options > Header > General > Header Style’. This means Style three header would appear on that page (If 'DEFAULT' was selected from page level).

Now, you can understand which header style is using on your all pages. You can change the logo and all other options of any header from their respective header settings. For example, if header 'Style One' is running on the home page, then you can change the logo and all other options for that header, from 'Theme Options > Header > General > Header One Settings'. And if you select header 'Style Two' from About page, then you can change the logo and all other options for that header from 'Theme Options > Header > General > Header Two Settings', and so on.
